I have been a very happy client of Marks for many years. I wouldn't even think about taking my vehicle anywhere else. Nothing is ever a problem and he will give you a straight answer with regards to any issues you may have. He's price's on service are great but to me it's the quality of the work that's most important. Also he's staff are great and once again nothing is a problem. I stopped going to dealers for my log book servicing, they will stamp your log book.

Mack Jackson's has been my mechanic for the past 2-3 years. Mark and his fantastic team always do amazing work, consistently keeping my car on the road. Absolute legends. If you want a no-nonsense, straight shooting mechanic that's not gonna beat around the bush, look no further. This is the one.

Very nice communication and did best of the service to my Audi Q5. They checked my car properly and well serviced. Bit disappointed about of overcharging of $60 which was not quoted and informed to me when car was delivered. Their colleague Melody informed that it will be checked as a part of general check up but they charged me extra $60 which I’m not happy with. Rest all great. If that extra $60 be refunded due to miscommunication from their side, I’ll highly appreciate that. Thanks.
