3 Best Department Stores in Gold Coast, QLD

Went into Myer today to have a look at some perfumes. Inna, was very quick and enthusiastic to jump in and help me! I let her know what my preferences were and she immediately showed me a range of perfumes that perfectly matched what I was after. Not only that but she had incredible knowledge on the notes in each perfume that she showed me and was happily willing to answer any questions I threw at her about the perfumes. She has been by far one of the most useful and knowledgeable people I’ve ever spoken to concerning perfumes, and I’m consistently shopping for new scents at different stores. Such a lovely woman and so incredibly helpful.

I came into the store on Saturday 27/04/24 looking for a fragrance and I was warmly greeted by Will. What an asset he is to the store - he served me with a smile, and nothing was too hard for him! He was an extremely pleasant young man to deal with, and even though I was not sure about the purchase - his service was so good that not only did I buy the fragrance I wanted, but left feeling that great service does still exists in retail. The fragrance itself is also boxed/ presented so beautifully, and would make for an excellent Mother’s Day present.

My favorite place, almost go there every weekend. lots of shops, you can find most of famous shops over there like Zara,UniQ, Mayer,Kmart, of course, even lots of luxury brands as well.a good place for shopping,eating, look around, everything for every one.

Great store in a very convenient spot next to other big brand stores for all of your shopping needs. This kmart appeared to have plenty of stock and items I required that weren't available at other kmart stores in the area, so that's a big thumbs up! This store also has plenty of parking, big self check out for your convenience too. Great store, definitely check it out.

This store has exceptional customer service from a young girl named Cece, she was more than welcoming and helped me find all the products i needed. She even retrieved a makeup item from the back that i had been looking for. I then went through the registers and she made my day with funny jokes and a lovely warm personality! will definitely be back.

Absolutely complimentary customer service within this store! A lovely young lady, CeCe! She made my day with her warm welcome to her checkout, and has great humour! (She laughed at my great jokes :) ) Highly commended for her swift, quick and smooth process for purchase, would definitely come here again.

We went to the store on Sunday 15th September 2024 and we were served by Vicki at the front counter and we have to commend her and her service. When she found out it was our daughter's birthday she went out of her way to make sure she felt special. We will definitely return based on this experience.

The place to shop. One single place to have access to Coles, Woolsworth, Big W, David Jones, K Mart! Other than the bargain stalls, there are also famous labels. 5 hrs free parking! Yes, you really can spend so much time there.
