Thankyou H&S for your outstanding service. Phone calls prior to purchase were helpful, friendly and professional. Follow up email communication covering delivery and additional tips on the watch were excellent. Purchase price of my Astron was easily the best that I could find online. The transaction occurred Thursday afternoon, H&S dispatched same day via Express Post and it was delivered to me in Western Australia on Monday. The package also included a handwritten note, thanks Michael it was nice to receive. Anyone in the market for a watch should contact H&S.

Brought a Seiko watch online from Sydney. Watch came quickly and safely. Responsive customer service. Happy customer and would highly recommend.

The watch itself is excellent. Customer service handled my request to expedite the order well. I chose free delivery, which would take 4-5 days, but they shipped it via express post, and I received the item the next day. They were very friendly and answered my emails immediately.
