3 Best Mobile Phone Repair in Sunshine Coast QLD

My phone got hacked and my email account too. Others told me no it's impossible, these guys listened and took me seriously. They went well beyond their duty and were so patient, understanding, considerate, empathic and helpful. They got me in straight away, fixed my phone that afternoon, showed me what to do about my email account being compromised and I can't recommend them enough. And well priced too.

Have visited these extremely courteous and helpful guys before. Also noticed the respect and helpfulness they gave an elderly lady. Great selection of products. I recommend you go and have a chat with them even for the smallest issues.

Had my battery replaced on my Samsung phone and fixed the sensor on my Galaxy Watch. The price extremely reasonable. The service was great, staff so helpful and turn around time very quick. This is the third phone in our family purchased from sidekick mobile and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This most recent purchase of a iPhone 12 mini developed an issue with the camera not focusing at all distances. I rung to let them know and they ordered the part in without any fuss. A few days later I took the phone in and within 20min I was on my way with a working camera, I even had a great time waiting as the friendly shop dog fell sleep on my lap. Definitively recommend these nice guys.

Outstanding service, extremely prompt to respond to my online enquiry and made quick repairs to a damaged phone + made recommendations to rectify the issue w/- a replacement. This is extremely important to me as a business owner as it is very difficult and inconvenient for me to operate w/out a mobile device. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you again guys, very grateful.
