Pleasantly surprised, with the speed and delivery of service. From my first interaction it was obvious that this was a professional team, I was kept fully appraised all the way through the process, which I will admit was a lot quicker then I was expecting. The outcome was explained in easy to understand terms and the bill was a lot less then I had been expecting. So good service, quick, and value for money, can't ask for anything more.

I had the best service one could ask for today! The manager at Hooper Centre is efficient, courteous and professional and had my laptop fixed in less than 2 hours. So important given I had travelled from Cairns to Toowoomba for a contract.

Andrew did an amazing job in getting my Mac back up and running quickly. . The team are friendly, helpful and skilled in their field. Thank you so much.

Rob is very responsive, always professional, knows his job and not afraid to go that extra mile for his clients. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.

We have had Rob look after our IT issues for ten years now. Just upgraded my Business Lap top and needed to transfer everything from old to new, completed job, including having to source 1 tb SSD, one and half days. Great guy, nothing phases him IT wise. Highly recommend Rob for any IT issues!!
