We recently had airconditioning installed throughout our home and what could have been a trying experience turned out not to be the case. A prompt response to a request for on-site advice was followed up by a very competitive quote and a schedule for the work to be done was clearly communicated. Staff were friendly and courteous throughout, always keeping us engaged and in the loop as to progress being made. We are extremely satisfied with the total service provided by Southern Stars Caboolture and will highly recommend using their services. Big shout out to Xavier and his team!

Southern Stars Electrical did all the electrical works for our new house build. Magnus and all the tradies were so professional and helpful. They were also so friendly and it was a pleasure to interact with them when they were on site. We have required a few things added since the completion of the build and they have been prompt and reliable and completed works with such high quality. We cannot recommend them more highly and they will be our “go-to” for any future electrical requirements we may have.

We have used N&B before and we used them again and have found them reliable and friendly with their service. Last time we had our 4 aircon units serviced and this time we had them install 3 aircon units also install 5 ceiling fans as well as replace 12 of our power points as they were not working safely and would recommend for anyone to use them they are also prompt with their time.

Everyone involved with the process from the secretary , the visit for the quote to the guys doing the installation have been very friendly, informative and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better service and care. Thank you to all the people involved so very happy.

Suddnely lost power to section of house. Talked to a lovely lady at the office who talked to men out on a job and they arrived within a very short time. Could not be happier with response or workmen. All contacts pleasant, helpful, and will certainly be using NB again
