My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. Prompt responses, clear communication to manage expectations, they meet appointment times, let alone providing a quick yet quality service. What more could you want? Oh yeah, their quote was really reasonable given the number of crew and equipment used to clear our front and back yards.

Have used LRB Tree Services on two occasions now. Excellent professional service from start to finish. Turn up on time, quote and then return and undertake the service. What more could you want? Excellent communication with all the staff. Great job highly recommended.

The team showed up and did the tree removal in less than an hour including cleaning up with no damage to the garden. Very happy.

Professional Service! Ely inspected what we wanted done, provided recommendations and a detailed quotation. We needed to shift the job date a couple of times and Jess in the office was very accommodating with re-scheduling. Their crew turned up on time as planned, ran through the scope with me and completed pre-start safety checks. Each of the guys knew their tasks and ripped right into it with the right tools, machinery and skills for the job. Thorough clean up at completion. No hesitation to using EJR again and recommending their services.

Timely, professional, helpful, affordable! Will be recommending to my friends & family. Thanks EJR team for cutting down our multiple overhanging trees.

Highly recommend. Reasonably priced, professional team, place was left clean and free of debris. Great online customer portal, where you can clearly see quotes, invoices and scheduled jobs.

These guys did an excellent job on my property in Ipswich. The quote was thorough and they did exactly what they said they would do. Would highly recommend their services.
