I have been putting off dental work for years and really dreading going until I plucked up the courage and booked in for a consultation. I ended up having an extraction done on the same day, and have booked in for further work. Everyone here was very welcoming and put my mind at ease - I am not afraid to go to the dentist any more and I highly recommend Absolutely Dental. I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided.

Best dental team in Townsville. The admin team are very friendly and inviting to new clients, and the doctors are fantastic. Had all four wisdom teeth removed with no issues at all with the procedure. Will be returning for all major dental work.

The staff (especially Lauren) always make my children's visits to the dentist comfortable, fun and drama free. My almost 4 year old was thrilled with her first experience today and even more so for her amazing face art! Thanks guys.

I recently had a teeth extraction and replacement at Casey Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth and much easier than I expected. Dr. Matthew Casey and the team were incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. To my surprise, there was very little pain, both during and after the procedure, which was a huge relief. The new teeth look and feel amazing, and I’m beyond satisfied with the results. I can’t thank Casey Dental enough for their excellent care and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work done.

Dr Casey was able to give me renewed confidence with an all on four implant treatment. I have travelled a great distance to have this procedure as I had difficulty finding someone who could meet my needs. The professional Casey Dental staff have gone out of their way to make my visits comfortable.
