“Dr Sekkadde Kiyingi is an experienced GP/Family Physician with 23 years of practice in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) from Makerere University, Uganda, in 1977 and completed post-graduate studies at the University of Sydney, culminating in a PhD in Pharmacology. Dr Kiyingi spent six years in Papua New Guinea, working in hospitals and lecturing at the University of Papua New Guinea, before returning to Australia and settling in Townsville in 1991. He obtained his Fellowship in General Practice/Family Medicine (FRACGP) in 1996. While he is a full-time generalist, Dr Kiyingi has a special interest in asthma, having conducted extensive research on the pathophysiology and rational treatment of the condition.

My Experience at Rosslea Medical Centre is amazing every time. Dr Tom Coomans is fantastic, very thorough, caring and understanding. He listens and is great at what he does! Nurses are all very sweet, make you feel very comfortable! The reception team are outstanding as well. Very well done ladies. Could give 10 stars if I could.

I visited Rosslea Medical Centre few times this year. The staff were exceptionally professional. The receptionists handled my appointment with efficiency and the medical team demonstrated a high level of genuine care. I highly recommend Rosslea Medical Centre for anyone seeking reliable health care.

The best doctor I've had so much so when I'm interstate I still do phone consultations with him. Receptionists are babes.

This is an outstanding Medical Practice in the heart of a major regional city (Townsville). Very friendly and professional staff offering a full range of services. Have been attending for over 12 years. Combined with two major hospitals we are extremely lucky up here in the North. Well done.

I'm very happy with the practice, and my doctor there is first rate. He follows through, explains clearly, he doesn't let himself be distracted by things that come up during discussion and he clearly has excellent training.

These guys are great, better than the rest , the piece of mind noing we have a practise as such.
