We just has a painting shipped from Adelaide to Brisbane, and Albion Pack & Send was the destination location for collection. When it arrived we found that it was too large even for a SUV to collect, so Lisa quickly arranged for a local delivery without fuss or drama, thank you so much for your service from yourself and the team. The drivers were awesome, polite and friendly....nothing has been too much trouble.....highly recommended, thank you!!

Have been sent packages several times with DHL and can’t fault them. Excellent tracking and online system, I generally don’t like packages sent to my home due to theft risk and generally nobody is home but when I order goods they don’t give you any other option. I appreciate that dhl offers you the chance when the package lands in Australia to update the details so I usually change it to pick up from the eagle farm depot.

Had my package come while I wasn't home and panicked. Thankfully the lovely delivery driver assured me it wasn't left at my house and I'll get it tomorrow which suits me perfectly. My neighbourhood is full of kids with sticky fingers.

I had a very lovely interaction yesterday with a Receptionist called Koligi. She is a lovely soul. I liked her customer service and Client support. Please keep it up!
