And then when we were finally ready for installation it was super quick. The installer was excellent and explained things very clearly. Also, the doors look great and really very nicely complete the building.
Faultless, prompt response to my initial online enquiry, visit booked for only a few days later by friendly office staff. They were upfront about possible costs of their service prior to booking and presented the worst case scenario. Their technician, Matt, visited today and was great - efficient, informative, gave frank advice about the state of our door and the likely future needs. Dean arrived on time and was personable, honest and within an hour had sorted us out with all round old-fashioned good service for a very fair price. Calibrated the affected door and measured for new doors too. Highly recommended - very grateful another mob suggested him when they were too busy.

The problem was diagnosed, explained to me and a sensible price quoted within ten minutes. The mechanical repair and adjustment to the door and motor were carried out in a very workmanlike manner, the controller was reset and the door was working perfectly within the hour.
