3 Best French Restaurants in Perth WA

Highly recommend! In my opinion, this is the BEST French restaurant in Perth. The quality and variety of food and drinks are exceptional, and the atmosphere is truly amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've had the best dining experience and service here. I’ve celebrated both my anniversary and birthday here, and I love their $69.50 dinner set menu and escargot. The portions are very generous. Their complimentary bread pairs perfectly with the garlicky sauce from the escargot, and the mushroom soup is simply outstanding – I even asked if I could buy a full container of it, and they said yes! The set menu options are frequently updated, ensuring a fresh experience every time. They take an old school approach to reservations, so you can book by phone or email. While they have onsite parking, it can fill up when busy, but there is street parking available around the corner near the petrol station.

My wife and I celebrated our ninth anniversary at Chez Pierre, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Cheryl, in particular, went above and beyond in helping us with our reservation, ensuring everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

Cannot agree more to recommend this place. Best France restaurant ever! Me and partner were so impressive everything that they made for us today. Will definetely come back.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner on Friday night, with our teen daughters. We were in France last year, and Angel's House evoked all those memories, with delicious food and lovely service. The souffle and foie gras were a perfect start, the bourguignon was as good as in the Dijon region, and the duck was possibly the best I've ever had. All other mains and the desserts were delicious. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot with classic, uncomplicated dishes, done exceptionally well. Great wine selection too. Service was efficient and not overbearing. So beautiful and relaxing to sit outside on a spring afternoon, I was transported to France.

Top notch ! Really enjoy the meal! I feel like I was in France haha :) duck breast is amazing and don’t miss out the crème brûlée !

We dined at Guillaume during our stay crown and it was just lovely from start to finish. At booking, I requested a table by the window - overlooking the gardens and pool - that’s exactly what we got! We ordered the Steak Tartare, the Cheese Soufflé, the Lamb Shoulder to share and a small side of Paris Mash. Every dish was divine! The Tartare was light, zingy and fresh. The Soufflé was creamy and decadent, seasoned perfectly. The shared Lamb and Paris Mash together was the absolute highlight though, the lamb was falling off the bone to complete perfection. The meat was juicy, tender, peppery and soaked right in to the Mash on your plate. Even the accompanying salad that comes automatically with the Lamb was brilliant - pearl couscous, capsicum, rocket etc. We tried x1 wine that wasn’t the best pairing in hindsight - But nothing could take away from the food anyway!

What a beautiful restaurant in the beautiful Crown Perth. Couldn't recommend Bistro Guillaume enough. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with our waiter Jace going above and beyond to make our lunch exquisite. The food was exceptional and I was so looking forward to the steak tartare which delivered, very fresh and tasty. Both the entrees and mains were delicious and the cocktails that we had were all perfect. Overlooking the pool on a beautiful sunny day in Perth, this place was.

The service was excellent, we were going to a show and told the staff as we didn’t have a lot of time, the food was brought out promptly and was delicious with very reasonable sized meals.
