First time shopping with furniture barn and what a experience. Our sales rep was Nadya.. what a absolutely beautiful person to deal with. She was absolutely fantastic . She listened to what we where saying and new exactly what we wanted and was able to offer good advice and able to help us in making our minds up on our items. So much so that when we took delivery we where so extremely happy with what we received. So much so that we have been back for other prices of furniture. It's an absolute pleasure to deal with Nadya and furniture Barn. We feel we have made a new friend an are really looking forward to spending more time and money there. Nadya you are a asset to furniture Barn.

Bought some furniture and decor from the Bunbury store. The service we received from Nadya was fantastic, could not fault it. Nadya was cheerful, Professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Purchase the Bondi dining table from Furniture Barn Bunbury a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it, great quality and fits perfectly in my dining room. Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. Delivery was so quick, after the decision was made to purchase the table was in my house within a week!! Will definitely be shopping here again, such beautiful products .

Biggest shout out to Annette at Bunbury La-Z-boy store. Exceptional customer service…professional, friendly and a complete ideas person. My husband and I had been looking for a recliner, swivel chair for some time (for him mainly). We went completely out of our comfort zone with a colour we would never have imagined in our house along with a rug that had all the colour palettes of our open plan living area.
