We started our build from Victoria and have had a truly exciting time watching every step of our build through the Portal along with the photo timeline. When we reached WA and saw our house, we were not disappointed. DAH South West team are truly wonderful and extreamly helpful. We wait in anticipation for our house to be completed, and we can move in.

Had a great building experience with these guys. Always in contact with me even after the home is complete, they came and fixed things I found after the build at no extra cost as well. Thanks to everyone at Dale for building my first home.

Even with our custom-designed home, the price remained the same as their standard designs, which was a pleasant surprise. The process has been impressively fast, and they’ve taken great care of us every step of the way. We’re looking forward to continuing to build with Ben and SW1 Homes. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The process was smooth and easy to navigate, and the team was incredibly supportive throughout.
