I had a broken door handle which I expected to have to pay to replace. Not only did Jason Windows replace free of charge they replaced two other sets of handles at no cost. Staff were very helpful and I left their showroom highly satisfied with the service. I found it hard to believe that in this day and age a company would display such loyalty to its customers. We are so happy with our product and service from Heatseal. We had a wooden external laundry door replaced with a Heatseal double glazed door, which was divided into 4 panels and tinted. The price was reasonable. Their whole process was simple and professional. Their installer did a good job and made sure the door and surrounding area was left clean and tidy. Called these guys out for an emergency repair, they arrived within the hour, cleaned up the broken glass and returned to fit a new pane (unusual size). Team was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Job was completed within a couple hours on a Saturday night. Had an issue latching the sliding door after the replacement and they returned almost immediately to rectify. Great service, fair prices. Special thanks to Brad and Susan.
