We travel from Perth to Bunbury due to their quality and customer service. Phil has designed both our wedding rings and also my fiance's engagement ring, all of which are stunning. I can't recommend the team at Artisan enough.

I had my wedding ring resized and fixed one little damaged diamond with very reasonable price and perfect customer service. Thank you so much and I am absolutely happy with the result. I will come back to get my anniversary gift with my husband here soon

Cindy was marvellous ! Prompt & thorough attention regarding the rings I was looking at & very helpful with the purchase of my new Pandora chain, managed the complicated gift cards I was using without a fuss. Lovely younger assistant in store too & we had a lovely chat about our love of cats. A very pleasant shopping experience.
