I was really impressed with the service we received! There was a mix up with our couch order, leading to the wrong one being delivered, but a quick call to store, my order was corrected - they were very apologetic and adamant that they wanted to fix this for me asap. The right couch was going to be another three weeks wait, so we were told we could use the incorrectly delivered couch in the mean time! Great communication between store, delivery drivers and myself! Very happy!! Thank you to Grant and the team for making this so easy to sort out.

Many thanks to Teegan who was amazingly helpful today. Had ordered recliner/lift chair for very elderly mother to be delivered in 4 weeks! Circumstances changed & needed asap. Teegan sourced chair & organized delivery for tomorrow. Outstanding ! Thankyou.

Staff were very polite and helpful. not pushy. fantastic range of furniture for all rooms of the house. we're offered free delivery on our item and also the choice of additional options. only disappointment was that besides the floor display they didn't have our item in stock and we have to wait atleast 4 months for it to arrive in store.

The staff at the Kensington store were Fantastic. Big shout out to Sam who went above and beyond to help us select our lounge suite and kitchen table. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very happy with the service and our items. Will definitely be back to purchase more items soon.

Always excellent customer service. We had an issue with a broken recliner and the warranty process was seamless. Really happy with our lounge and the service from the Bundaberg store.

Jacqueline went above and beyond for us as we were in town for the day with the trailer and live semi remote. and she did it all the way with a smile. Jacqueline is what we call old school service were the customers should leave the store happy not just because they got what they wanted or needed but because they received a good service. I would advise Eureka not to let a customer service person of this calibre go to the opposition. The prices were a little extravagant but good quality timber furniture is getting hard to come by and I hope a good portion of the profit goes to Jacqueline as an incentive to keep up her good work for your company. See you nect time we are in town.

Staff were very helpful both times we visited and were deciding on lounges. Sue attended to us on 1st visit. She couldn't have done more. She wasn't pushy but gave us the information and walked away to let us decide. I then phoned the store and spoke to Jacqui who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Mal served us the 2nd time we visited and purchased lounges. He was friendly, helpful. The whole experience was a delight. Thanks.
