Amazing customer service. Jewls served us and helped us choose a mattress that was appropriate for our toddler. I was shopping on my own with two busy kids and the staff were so helpful and made the experience stress free. They even helped us to the car safely with our purchases. It’s great to be able to get great customer service like this.

Visited OMF Bundaberg for a new mattress and had quick and personal service from Donna. Both Donna and Mark have pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Have already recommended their business to 2 other people. We did not know what was best for us but wanted something that is sustainable and affordable. April met us at the door and with a warm welcome, she was patient and explained things in the language that we understand. She helped us make us make an informed decision. April liaised with her boss Angie and surprisingly, we got our mattress delivered the same day. Lovely and friendly at the store, with all smiles. Thank you Forty Winks.

Had an excellent visit. Went in looking for a topper for my lift bed and walked out with a new lift bed. Thw staff were very friendly and helpful. The process of selecting the right mattress for my medical condition and my wife was easy with the staff helping out. We ended up settling on the new lift bed as the discount was too good to pass on. That night was an excellent sleep and each night since. Thanks for your help.

Following a full evaluation of our needs and discovering the recommended mattress to meet our physical needs we were assisted to find the right mattress and pillows to fit our budget & comfort. The staff at the Kensington store were Fantastic. Big shout out to Sam who went above and beyond to help us select our lounge suite and kitchen table. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very happy with the service and our items. Will definitely be back to purchase more items soon.
