Lovely people. Great service. The jewellery design team has recently (2024) made me an opal/diamond ring from original concept through to end product and remodelled another gold and diamond ring. I am currently talking with them about another piece. They've worked on several other pieces of my jewellery in the past. I continue to be very happy with the service from the every one at Ritchies.

Have had a wonderful experience. Really happy with the quality of my ring. I wanted something unique and different and I finally found what I was after at Ritchies. Went to all other jewellers in Bundaberg but found they had the same types of rings. Ritchies has a range of jewellery that you won’t find else where. Wonderful service. Will Recommend to anyone that asks and defiantly will be a returning customer.

Time and time again this beautiful family owned business has made such personal and loved pieces of jewellery for both my husband and me. And I always have full confidence leaving my treasured rings to be cleaned, knowing they’ll look after them with care. Thank you Ritchies.
