When our vehicle broke down and had to be towed back to Brisbane we were a bit upset. We found out that the only way back for free was to ride in the tow truck. Not appealing, but as it turned out, we got Anthony as our towie which made things much better. Anthony is a great down to earth guy who is happy to have a chat and let us tell our story as well. He is great at his job and is very careful with the vehicle. He arrived on time and made the trip seem shorter as we chatted about various things and we were dropping the vehicle off at the dealer in Brisbane before we knew it. All in all 5 stars for service, 5 stars for timeliness, and 5 stars for communication from Anthony and the rest of the team.

Perfect towing service for lowered, high end performance/show cars. 3rd time using Canelanders haven't had any issues. Recently had a steering rack failure making for a difficult tow. Operator was able to load and unload with no worries.

My go-to tow company, they're so quick and efficient. Answers the phone literally any day/time i've called and have always been so willing to help out. 10/10 Fair pricing too.

Professional and friendly service. Navigated a steep road and bushfire and detours. Nothing was a problem. Ensured our container was safe and took care loading and unloading. Appreciated Jeff reassuring our property would be kept safe with the fires that were surrounding us on our travels north. Communicated with us when there was a short delay with road detours and reassured if needed TRIO would store container safely until safe to travel again. Very pleased with all persons from TRIO.
