Jason went above and beyond to help me replace a damaged leg of our new outside table. I was trying to finish a big house move when one of the legs broke during install, instead of sending me to warranty which would have delayed the install by weeks, he swopped a leg out from his display. Very impressed, great culture.

DANNY and SUE were amazingly helpful and polite and genuine. It’s customer service I personally haven’t experienced in years. They helped my elderly Mother and I with an exchange & purchase of an electric recliner chair. They provide an exceptionally high benchmark of professional customer service.

Had an amazing experience with Marie at this store. She was kind and friendly and genuinely wanted to help me get exactly what I wanted. I couldn't recommend her enough! Thanks for caring about what you do and wanting to help people find what suits them! You are a gem.

Decked out a new flat on the sunny coast. Arrived from interstate straight to the Fantastic warehouse to pick up our online order. We received amazing service, the team at the warehouse and then at the store for a little extra couldn’t do enough for us. Great shopping experience.

Service with a smile. Shop assistant Isla confirmed availability of 2 sofas we were interested in, organised delivery , the next day we had our new sofas delivered and placed in position by the delivery guys. Very happy.

The shop is very clean and well looked after. Lots of options and stuff on display. Staff are very engaging and willing to help. I'll be back for more furniture soon.

So happy with my beautiful dining table & chairs! Quality just lovely & the sales ladies at Eureka store in Birtinya were delightful. They gave advise & offered with choices. The delivery guys were special too, they had a task getting table into my small doorway. Nothing was an a problem. Very happy with my shopping experience 5 stars all the the way.
