Bought a playstation vr set that was delivered, it was missing a power cable so I called them and they had the power cable express delivered to me with no fuss. Received the cable 2 days later and the vr set works perfectly. Excellent customer service and great experience even with the initial missing part, they didn't have to send it express etc. Staff were really helpful in all phone conversations.

Great store. Ordered a larger item online and had to arrange a courier to pick up and the online sales rep was quite responsive and actively guided through what needs to be done. The courier had packaging requirements and the sales rep was quick to pack and everything arrived as described and the item is perfect! Great customer service and will be back.

What can I say but my impression of Cashies has changed dramatically after receiving excellent service from the staff at this store. Very patient and deliver excellent customer service. Excellent value for money on most items. A couple of things priced above retail so not sure on those, but 99% great value.

Purchased a item from the Caloundra store through the online webshop i paid express post It was packed extremely well and protected sent within 1 business day i received it two days later. Item was exactly as described. I was also sent emails with order updates and tracking notifications i would not hesitate to use them again.

Called in while on holidays. Undoubtedly the cleanest, friendliest, most reasonably priced cashies I've seen! The lady serving me was super friendly and helpful. I'd buy online from this store based on my first experience. Well done.

Yes friendly staff . Someone wrote lots of things too but that’s not true it’s only a small shop Noosa end up sending too the biggest store in Maroochydoor. And cash converters in Caloundra have more on shelves than Noosa . When I want too buy I go too maroochydoor . How ever Noosa store do have friendly staff . Thanks Noosa.

Totally love the new staff & management at Cash Converters Noosa Civic Centre, so helpful, easy to talk to, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Huge range of products, up to date with prices, great job with the new premises.

I have been going there since the civic waz first built, I have built up a good relationship with the whole family.
