I had a very positive experience buying my King bed and base through Leaha at Sleepy's. I was moving house and had to urgently buy a new bed after losing mine to storage issues- I was completely exhausted- (and probably not very receptive to suggestions and a trifle irritable) but Leaha was kind and patient- and helped me lay on the beds I was thinking of - and offered expert advice on what bed would best suit my sleeping habits and posture. I decided to look around some more at other shops- but wasn't getting that same level of service- with her assessing my posture to suit the right mattress and I really loved the one that Leaha had recommended for me- so I came back- and was very happy with my entire sales experience from beginning to end. The delivery was quicker than expected and very thoughtful- and I am not one month on loving my new bed so much! Thank you Leaha and all the staff at Sleepy's.

We were looking for a new mattress and trying different places in the Home maker Centre in Maroochydore, we had been to several stores but the minute we went into the Sleepy's Maroochydore Store we were very impressed by the staff who were so helpful, especially the assistance we received from Michelle, who took us and showed us quite a few mattresses and compared and explained the best ones health wise to suit us both. Thankyou to Michelle for all her help and support in sourcing us the right mattress to suit our needs, we look forward to receiving our new mattress over the next couple of weeks.

Very helpful store manager… Darun. He took his time explaining about different mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to try out until we were happy and comfortable with our final decision and purchase. He made it an easy process and was a pleasure to deal with.

This is my fourth bed purchase from Simply Beds. The adjustable bases and mattresses are so comfortable, we tell our friends all about them. Service is excellent and Belinda was very helpful sorting what we required-but more importantly the company will follow up quickly with concerns and came out to adjust the height of the legs. Very happy customer.

We did a lot of research of mattresses on the Sunshine Coast, got told lots of info and lots of stories from manufactorers and sales people. In the end, Simply Beds Kunda Park offered the best prices with the best features and standards, meeting all our need with lots of free advise on complementary produces and where to find them. Had an awesome experience shopping here yesterday. Sue helped me yesterday to find a mattress and was very pleased with her customer service, she didn't rush us and showed me a few mattress and gave me all the information I needed to know and gave me time to figure out which one I wanted. Wasn't planning on buying a BedFrame straight away, but Sue showed me a couple they had. I ended up looking at a few other places first and came back to OMF because I was just so happy with Sue's service and their products. Would recommend this place to anyone.
