SOUTHERN CROSS CARE REVIEWS

We came to visit friends here on a Sunday. We did have to do a COVID 19 test before we were even allowed to go through the front glass door which is a good idea as it protects the residents. Once we were inside, Southern Cross Care was very clean and presentable, it seemed like a lovely place for the residents. The individual rooms were a reasonable size too.

Parents addor living here. Facilities, services and activities available is the best in the Caloundra area. Close to hospital, public transport, shopping complex. 5-10 drive to beaches.

Parents are so happy here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Residents are welcoming. The gardens are just perfect.

Very impressed by the excellent care, quality meals, friendly staff and cleanliness. The residents have lots of activities, live entertainment as well. My husband's face lights up when he sees his carers and is very happy there.
