A gym and training session I am happy to go to! Kyle and Meg run an amazing morning group session. Different every day with great equipment that’s clean and in good condition. It’s been so great having the Evolt scan on site too, being able to check my progress. I’ve never found better value either. When things are tight, I haven’t had to call it quits which is a lovely change. Usually it’s the extras like the gym that get slashed when trying to rein in the budget, but I’ve been able to stick with these guys. Very happy to recommend this place and the trainers.
Been going here for a year! The team is very professional and always try to go the extra mile for their members! I’ve had so many great conversations with the staff and learned a bunch of tips and techniques in the process! The equipment is world class and always well looked after!!! This is what all fitness establishments should aspire to be. There are a variety of workout options available, from swimming laps, weights, classes, tennis and the good old treadmill. I don’t think I’d be alone in saying that this place is more like a country club than a gym. Another bonus, it’s also been recently renovated and I understand more exciting things are on the cards this year. All that aside, the reason I’m writing this review is because of how welcoming and comfortable it is. There’s no stigma attached and everyone just enjoys the space. I have never been much of a gym person so it has truely been a refreshing find and I am so thankful for that.
Great staff, management always very helpful. Wide variety of machines. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable on tips and heath. Ive been a member for over 10 years and this is by far the best gym experience I’ve had. Highly recommend.
Fantastic facilities at this gym, friendly staff and immaculately clean, up to date and diverse range of fitness equipment. The pool is such a bonus too! I am super impressed with the quality of service at Healthworks Hendra.. highly recommend.

This is a great facility with excellent staff and management. The club has a variety of high quality equipment, so putting together a great workout is never an issue. Equipment is well-maintained and the amenities are kept spotless - highly recommend.
