I had a great experience at Luppinos with my stylist! I didn't catch her name but she was also the manager. She was incredible from start to finish - very thorough, attentive and genuinely cared about the end product. My hair is long and we weren't sure whether the style would hold but because of her skills, happy to report it held throughout the night for my event and even into the morning! The salon also has a stunning aesthetic. I also had Josh who assisted with part of the styling and he was a vibe.

Booked in for highlights and a cut with Joshua, couldn’t be happier with the outcome, the service and the overall experience! Joshua was simply amazing, he exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, experience and all the tips he shared with me to help me maintain healthy hair! Also, can’t not mention the head massage during the wash, just wow! I honestly could not thank and recommend Joshua enough, found my new favourite hairdresser in Brisbane! Thank you!

The experience at Luppinos was nothing short of magical. Frankie and Josh worked with me and genuinely cared for me. They brought such care and attention to detail. Nothing was too hard for them to do. I 11/10 this experience and look forward to coming back again!

It was my first time coming to Epic Hair Designs and I was seriously overdue a haircut. I came in initially for a trim and general maintenance and when I called back a couple of weeks later to ask for a touch up because I wasn’t 100% with the results the salon were more than happy to oblige. In fact, Michel my hairdresser went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and did so free of charge. The salon really looks after its customers and makes sure they leave feeling great. I really appreciate this in a hairdresser because it can be difficult to communicate exactly what you want in a haircut sometimes, especially when you’re new to a salon. They also have a great range of products for looking after your hair at home and can advise you on that. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

’ve been going to epic for more than 1 year now, they always provide high quality professional service. I had great experiences every time when I visit the salon. They are super friendly and they know what they are doing. So they can style you exceeding your expectations. I am not going anywhere else because I trust these professionals and continue to style my hair with them. Plus I am using their products which is good.

He listened to my preferences and provided excellent suggestions, resulting in a style that suits me perfectly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment. Could not be happier with my experience here. Phoned around 11am after having decided that I needed a hair change, and needed it now! Carlos, one of the owners, promptly took matters into his hands to make sure I was taken care of and immediately scheduled me in just an hour later. Carla was my hair dresser and she was absolutely lovely. She made sure to clarify my hair goals to achieve exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was gorgeous, and the service and kindness by everyone is absolutely unmatched!! They offer you drinks and snacks and make sure you are well looked after the whole time. My experience was so pleasant, the results were beautiful, and I can't explain how much I appreciate them fitting both me and my friend in so last minute. It's a shame I don't live in Brissy because this salon would definitely be my go to. Thanks so much all of you!! Hopefully I will have a chance to come back soon. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff!

I’ve been a hairdresser for 49 years running my small business for half that time and have just experienced a next level quality hair appointment.
