Great service. I'm a new customer who will be coming back. James was ready to help me find the right bike and accessories. He explained everything I needed to know about the bike and attached the accessories, ready to ride out the shop. Conveniently located next to Bowen Hills Train Station. Saw many existing customers getting excellent after-sales support. All staff seem extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and scooters on sale. All staff took the time to help customers.

I always receive excellent service from Joshua when I'm at the Carr Road 99 Bikes. Mark, the mechanic, who serviced my e-bike, is one of the most knowledgeable people who I have met, and he explains everything to me and gives me good advice, which is very much appreciated.

Good selection of products with a variety of options for bikes (mountain bikes, road bikes, electric bikes, kids bikes, etc). Helpful, knowledgeable employees. Cannot comment on the bike servicing side of the business. Products are well priced.

If you want some of the best customer service and knowledge then come to Epic Cycles Epic is not just the shop name, is everything these guys stand for I rocked up on a Saturday arvo, shop busy however the guys still had plenty of time to help me with my somewhat vague and involved conversion I wanted to do to my bike. AND had everything I needed at more than fair prices.

Walked asking about a bike build. Customer service was outstanding. I knew I was in the right place. Rian is top notch.

All good. Service was quick and concise. The lady on the front counter was so friendly and helpful. The workshop did a great job.

MY BIKE SHOP REVIEWS

I had been experiencing an ongoing issue with the shifting of my front derailleur (Ultegra 6800, 2016). After several repeat visits to another bike shop in an attempt to fix it without success, a mate recommended that I take my bike to Jason and Jasper at 'My Bike Shop'. They took the time to listen and investigate the cause of the issue and get it sorted. The front derailleur is now shifting absolutely perfectly. Jason and Jasper are a pleasure to deal with and offer great quality personal service.

WOW. I recently purchased some new Trek mountain bikes for my wife and myself. After meeting Jason and Jasper, and experiencing their first class customer service, I can see why this bike shop has such an amazing reputation. THANK YOU Guys for looking after me.

Took my dinosaur of a bike up to get some help with airing up the tyres. incredibly friendly service and a beautiful cache of top tier bikes. wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.
