LAKE ALEXANDRA RESERVE REVIEWS
Very neat & quiet! We visited on our way back from Tulip festival as this was close to Corbett gardens. Loved the walking trail around the lake. A wonderful picnic spot for families with kids. The toilets were clean and the play area was sufficient. Playground: Safe and adequate Restrooms: Not bad at all! Dog-friendliness: I did see a lot of folks walking their dogs Picnic area: Nicely maintained lawn, few gazebos and tables were also present.
Stunning lake walk smooth path. Clean TOILETS in a public park. Love it! They're nothing special but appreciate the cleanliness on a school holiday Wednesday. Great playground and BBQs and picnic spot.
Beautiful and relaxing place for a walk and unwind. Plenty of fauna. Try to spot the turtles, cormorant, various ducks, kingfisher. If you go in Autumn, there are red leaves everywhere.

MOUNT GIBRALTAR RESERVE REVIEWS
The Mount Gibraltar reserve has been developed to allow good access to panoramic views over Bowral. Choice of either driving up then park and walk along level walks or to walk up the steps from the town. An interesting display is on the lower levels with historical facts and photos of the old granite quarries that supplied the stone for many of Sydney's early structures.
We have lived up in this mountain for over 52 years and go for walks quite a lot. Beautiful Lookout over the township of Mittagong and invite people to come up to our beautiful reserve.
Nice trail, specially at sunset, but don't get caught in the dark as the footing can be treacherous.
