We built our house from the east coast only saw the build once ,at 60%,basically let Pocock do there thing and Jenn helped us with colours and other finishes ,we didn’t realise times were so tough for builders,price rises e.t.c mid build,they delivered on time and pretty much kept to our budget,we are very grateful for what pocock builders delivered to us ,our family loves the new house,and we are happy living in albany,keep up the good work pocock builders,and you’re still invited to some Phillipines cuisine someday Matt and Jenn ok.

Absolutely simple building process. We were able to not stress during the entire build as Matt and Jenn had standards that they wouldn't compromise on so we were able to have complete trust that our house would be what we expected it to be. And it is.

Wonderful organization and communication a pleasure to work alongside.
