What an absolute testimony to the Toyota brand I believe in. This team are a credit to the Albany dealership! Right from the initial conversation with the service manager to fit my 300 series in for a service at short notice to the customer experience of having a car available to use (low $) to when I made a comment about how good the coffee was and have a young service technician smile at me and say “everything about working here is good” big thumbs up to the leadership that has fostered this culture.

I have dealt with Albany Toyota for 22 years & always received a great service across all areas in their operation. My recent Prado service yesterday again added to my complete satisfaction with the great team. Thankyou.

Wonderful staff who are very helpful and caring. Has a coffee machine and plenty of magazines to read if you are waiting aswell as a play area for the children.

Incredible service throughout the dealership from sales, through to service and parts. Can not see myself ever buying a different brand of vehicle from elsewhere ever again. The dealership has most definitely employed the best people to work throughout their individual departments and everything feels like it’s being done in the customer’s best interests which is fantastic. Very, very helpful staff. Nice to finally not feel like the car salesman was trying to push me into the most expensive thing he could. Both times I visited they were able to answer all of my annoying OCD questions easily without making me feel stupid and even offering up advice that would save me money. It's great that they then allow you to look closer at all the cars you are interested in without them all over you so you can make a decision without the stress and pressure and climb through the full interior alone. Great range of quality vehicles on site. It really is vital to get a chance to sit in the car (all seats), test drive it & then spend a long time sitting in the drivers seat to know if it really feels right for you.

50k service for our Subaru XV was done to suit our timetable for the day. Driven from service centre to motel and picked up again a few hours later, by Dave.
