Serena did a fantastic job grooming my senior dog today. Her patience and expertise was very much appreciated. Great holistic products too. Darcy says thank you for the herbs and oil and is looking forward to feeling like a youngster again Again thank you.

Please anyone out there who has a family dog up to 12kg this is the lady for your beloved pet. I highly recommend her. Serena has the knowledge and experience to give your beloved dog the grooming they deserve.

Amazing! You can really tell that she loves animals and is extremely passionate about her work. Very knowledgeable and this is honestly the best grooming I’ve ever had done for my Shetland Sheepdog. We will definitely be using her again and recommending to everyone.

A de-shed was done on my Border Collie Summer and what a difference, she certainly looked 10/10! Offering a safe comfortable environment with quality grooming, definitely worth it!

Fixed my shamwow in a hour.. my dolly went in trembling and came out a happy old puppy.

This is an awesome place to get ALL of your pet and farm yard feed and care requirements in one place, friendly staff and an impressive range make shopping a breeze . If you need something give them a go and they'll surprise you with how well they assist.

Stopped in here to purchase a couple of soft toy's for a puppy. Staff were very helpful, and we were offered a free puppy pack, containing Hills biscuits, wormer chew etc.

Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly , shout out to Harry at the Albany store for awesome and friendly advice again and again.
