Deal with Glass suppliers all the time. The office staff are very helpful and will return calls promptly if they need to check with the tradesman. You do need to give them a few days notice due to staff shortages but thats common everywhere. Just factor that in. They start early and finish early so that could be good or bad depending on your personal working hours.

Had a bird fly through our shed windows.we were away on holidays at the time called glass suppliers and the problem was solved in a couple of hours .thankyou .would highly recommend
