Needed a transmission service while travelling even though they were booked up they slotted me in next day, quality staff, quality service and very reasonable prices I would highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs of I could give them more stars I would. Highly qualified.

Got an answer to my enquiry in 15 minutes. An actual answer with a reasonable quote. Guys sent a video of the service. Great work would recommend.

We had the service done here, and we are absolutely happy with everything. After the service, there were a few other things that needed to be renewed. Finn and his crew explained everything to us, and when we had a problem with the van, they booked us in for the next morning right away. Awesome service! I was travelling to Albany and on the half way I realised that one of my headlight globe wasn’t working, so when I arrived in town I went in the shop they helped me straight up to replace my globe just charge the part fee. I really appreciated it!

My wife and I are travelling through WA at the moment. Over the last few weeks, a persistent humming has become noticeable at highway speeds. I was aware that this could be either tyre noise or a bearing problem, so I rang Dowsetts and they immediately fitted me in that day to check the problem out. The mechanic that attended me was polite and very professional, diagnosing that the tyres were the problem and suggested a wheel alignment may be of assistance. Went there from a recommendation to get my car fixed with a starting issue. Not only was it great service, they opted for genuine parts over after market parts (i much prefer genuine - especially for the component required) They then also found other work that needs to be done (for me this is a good thing as i do long trips and need my car to be safe amongst all things) I will be a returning customer.
