I recently visited and had their mushroom and sausage pizza. It was divine! The flavors were incredible, and the service was great. There was a small wait, but it was totally worth it. This is the best pizza I’ve had, truly authentic Italian. The tiramisu was a delightful surprise and tasted amazing. Highly recommend.

We returned to Trinity Beach for a family holiday after 11 years and were delighted to find L’Unico is still here and still serving great food! We made a special request for our table and the staff kindly made it happen. A bonus was having live music. We had a very pleasant meal.

Highly recommend the breakfast bruschetta. I also had the chefs special salmon waffle and it was incredible!!! Staff were friendly and the view to trinity beach was perfect :).

Best pizza in town! The quality of the ingredients is high and the final product is excellent. The guy who served me was very polite and friendly. The location of the restaurant is very popular. Definitely if you want to have a good dinner choose this place.

Great welcome, smiling and kind staff. The pizza was good and very spicy. The mussels with pepper were also good and finally a tasty tiramisu. Recommended.

The pizza was amazing. The staff were also attentive and professional. I had a glass of house res wine which was very nice. We had a nice time.

Villa Romana in Cairns is an absolute gem! The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. The food was delicious, with authentic Italian flavors that hit the spot. From the pasta to the pizza, everything was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Italian food with top-notch service! Will definitely be back.

Food was 10/10 and the service was rather fast for a Friday night. We also got the tiramisu and it was delicious!! Really enjoyed this restaurant.

We were greeted by friendly service which continued throughout. The signature seafood pasta was delicious and I must say the best I’ve ever had. The pizza also amazing. This place really knows how to impress with their menu and overall ambience. Next time we are in Cairns this is a must again for us.
