So we have used this company on a few occassions, The last time was for our holiday last week. The pick up was smooth and the driver was great. Very helpful and nothing was too hard. Unfortunally we had delays coming home, on our end and had to move the pick up time twice. I was nervous to call the second time, But nothing was too hard for this team, Yes they had to change things around, But when we arrived, The driver was waiting for us. Everything was just so easy. You know when you call a company to change a date or time and you can tell the person on the other end is pissed, You can hear it in their voice. Not Murrell Group. The wonderful team are always cheerful and happy to help. We have another cruise coming up and once again, I will be booking Murrell Group. Best in the business.
