3 Best Bike Shops in Geelong VIC

I must say, there is an exciting vibe around cycling in Geelong now that champion cyclist Simon Gerrans has taken the reins at Hendrys in Geelong and Ocean Grove, great for cycling in the Surf Coast region. The newly renovated Grovedale store is very slick, great selections from some of the biggest bike brands, certainly something for everyone and a friendly welcoming feel. Looking forward to seeing the Ocean Grove store update coming in 2025.

Recently had my bike serviced here. The Hendry team were great; they listened to me and how I used my bike, refurbished a bit and replaced the rest. They charged very reasonably. They also helped me with purchasing my daughters bike, I had no idea what I was looking for and they were very informative. Can’t fault them, will be back. Thanks for your efforts Hendry.

They’re always super helpful. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and assisted us in getting a great bike for 9 year old who is quite tall for her age. She absolutely loves her new bike! Thanks so much, Simon.

Now called My Bike. They offer a great range with super helpful staff. I'm delighted with my new e-bike! It was an easy purchase decision after the info was presented clearly and I was offered a no obligation test ride on site plus 2 free after sales services.

We purchases three bikes, helmets and gel seats here last week and had them delivered yesterday. Went for our first ride straight away and the bikes were as amazing as the sales people told us they would be. Very happy indeed.

My teen son has extra needs and wasn't coping well when I said we had to get him a new bike (very attached to old one). Blake was SO brilliant with him, spent over an hour with us, best customer service ever.

If I could give more stars I could. Travelled from Melbourne from a friend's recommendation and my oh my was I a happy boy walking out. Dan couldn't have been more accommodating. Absolute legend of a man! Helped me out big time, built the bike to a great spec! If you need a bike then Dan is definitely your man to see. Cheshire cat grins all the way back to Melbourne.

Had great service from these guys. My sons mondraker ebike that we bought interstate had a warranty issue with the battery. These guys deal with the same importer and were super helpful and prompt in helping us sort the warranty stuff out. If these guys have the next bike he needs when he grows out of this one, we'll surely be giving them our business again.

After two flats along the Barwon, Bicycle Centre Belmont was closest for help. Good call. Jack was straight onto the problem tube/tyre finding the small, but sharp, thorn causing the issue. Got back on the trail to join friends in Drysdale for lunch.
