3 Best Parks in Geelong VIC

Kelidoscope maze was good. The kids loved running in the park and rolling down the hill. Library great. Didn't think the art gallery inviting when you first walk in. Can't wait for the preforming arts centre is finished in Lt malop st as it looks impressive think it missing out not facing Ryrie st.

Great space, perfect for events, markets, festivals, or just to chill out for a while, great tree coverage too. Library is nearby which had a cafe and toilets available. No playground here tho.

The lawn at this park is amazing! On a nice sunny day, just bring along your lunch or cuppa and enjoy the view here. It’s just next to the train station and not far away from the waterfront.

Great park. Has come a long way over time. Lots of open space. Large playground. Hall in the park for hire. A great spot for events, get together's, etc. I couldn't see bathrooms in the park but there were in the hall, however that was hired to a party i attended. I'm sure there would be public toilets somewhere. Lots of grounds with young children, seemed to be having a nice time. Undercover space available. Plenty of parking around the side too.

Sparrow park is a very well maintained park with enough rides for babies and some adults as well. BBQ area, drinking water and the covered seating area is just an amazing facility out of home. More than everything this park is surrounded by very nice and lovely neighbourhood and you feel safe playing or walking around there at any time of the day or evening.

This is a great park, especially for kids. There is a good selection of activities for kids to plsy on and some covered seating for the adults. Highly recommended as a place for a picnic or kids party.

Great fenced kids play area with swings, climbing edge, shaded area. Sensory walk and even a play pirate ship with a little slide. There is a special swing for people in wheelchairs. It requires a key to operate that can be picked up from the cafe in the botanical gardens. Bring insect repellent for the warmer months. Toilets close by and a small amount of parking. Take a picnic lunch and enjoy the shade.

Beautiful place to have BBQ with friends and family and many places around to have them too. Excellent scenery and footpath for a walk. Well maintained, open space for ball games or a picnic. Plenty of free carparking but always first in best dressed.

Lots of fun things to do. Sandpit. Musical bridges. Wheelchair swing. Secure surrounding fencing. Parking close by. Bbq/celebration areas close by.
