Ray was absolutely wonderful and made my wedding day a breeze! He kept me cool, calm and collected and was extremely helpful. He arrived early and waited patiently for us to be ready to leave. He knew all the best tips on how to get into a limo in a wedding dress! He kept the tunes pumping the whole ride to the venue and was incredibly kind and funny. I would highly recommend Ray and Platinum Limousines for any event!.

Adam was polite and arrived earlier as per my request! Adam was like a tour guide being a local for half of his life he was a wealth of knowledge..vehicle very spacious and comfortable and would highly recommend this service over a taxi or Uber which both have a lot of history of last minute cancellations which just adds a lot of unnecessary stress trying to get to the airport on time! There is a shuttle option which was slightly cheaper but takes a lot longer due to all the stops on the way.. This is my new go to when I travel from now on if I don’t hire a car! We had a super professional driver 'Tim' . He was a gentleman and did everything to make our trip to and from Brisbane on the busy Bruce Highway pleasant and relaxing. We would certainly hire Tim again..
