Where to begin? A fantastically well put together experience. Puts me in mind of Port Lympne Safari Park in the UK....just with better weather! The animals seem comfortable in their enclosures. With space to stay away from the hoards if they want to. Staff were abundant and on the the face of it, enjoying the visitors enjoyment. We crossed off some of our bucket list items- by having one to one time with some iconic creatures. There was some building works going on at the time of our visit in Oct24. But we are resigned to the fact, this is for greater good.

Best zoo we have ever been to. It’s like walking through a botanical garden with incredible animals all around, and being able to hear so much about each of the animals and why they were being cared for there made it a really “feel good” experience. Growing up watching Steve Irwin, the zoo being owned and operated by his family and being able to see what they’ve created was the icing on the cake of our visit. It is truly an amazing zoo in its own right- and the history and story around it just makes it even more special.

Incredible zoo, I've been to zoos all across the world and this zoo will always always hold a special place in my heart. I've been lucky enough to see Robert doing crocodile shows both times I've visited. I highly recommend this zoo, it is worth the journey out to it, I traveled from the UK just to visit and it was 100% worth it.

Our visit to SEA LIFE Aquarium in Mooloolaba was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible variety of marine life and the immersive exhibits. Walking through the ocean tunnel with sharks and rays swimming overhead was an unforgettable experience – it felt like stepping into an underwater world! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about marine conservation, which made the experience even more meaningful. We loved the interactive displays and learning about the efforts being made to protect these beautiful creatures. The seals were a definite highlight – we could have watched them for hours! Whether you're looking for a fun day out or a chance to get up close to some of the ocean’s most fascinating creatures, SEA LIFE Aquarium is a must-visit. It was the perfect mix of education and entertainment, and we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

So much to see and do here from penguin feeds to sea jellies,touch pool,walk thru underground aquarium sharks above you and the biggest groper fish you will ever see! Frogs,cafe,gift shop,seahorses I was fascinated with. The coloured lights on the sea jellies. We booked in the web page and it's good because you pick a time frame and entry is staggered so it isn't packed out. We got there at 9 for entry and I had booked my son the penguin feed for his birthday. He loved it and we can also watch. Took about 40 minutes or so. Crocs,stingrays. We spent until about 12.30 as we had lunch also booked. Fantastic day out .parking gets packed so might be hard at times.

We had a great morning looking around. It has changed a bit since we last came. The staff were fantastic they were happy to help and friendly. There are lots of hands-on activities for kids of all ages. Next time, I'll be looking more at the packages with the aqua-duck.

This place is so amazing, I regret that I have not visited it before. The main attraction is a bird walk, where you go to a huge cage with several sections, and birds sitting on you, but the garden itself is so well made and maintained and has many interesting places. We came to the morning session for a bird walk, it was a lot of people, but I noticed that after lunch it was much less. Little kids initially were afraid of birds, but staff were so helpful, then at the end of the walk everyone enjoyed it. Definitely worth a visit.

A wonderful place to visit for all ages. Hire a buggy if you need. Bring a picnic. This place is fairly young but really very good and you can see they're going to get bigger. Walking to the bottom only if you’re going to be up for the steep walk back. Whichever way you go, it's steep. The bird experience was the highlight of the visit. We came after the school holidays and mid week. There were no queues at all.

Beautiful and fantastic day. The views, rose garden to the farm animals, it is a place for all to see. The bird tour is amazing and the staff are friendly and very professional. A must when going to Maleny and the sunshine coast.
