3 Best Bike Shops in Sunshine Coast QLD

My usual experience with bike shop employees leaves me feeling pressured and intimidated by a smug, condescending know-all. Today I was assisted by ‘Nelson’ (that’s the name on the receipt). I was made to feel comfortable and respected despite the fact I’m an old bloke nervously getting back into the sport. To be honest, I was hesitant, but now I’m completely won over by the way I was treated. The amount on the receipt never really matters to me. The way I’m treated does. Today I got treated well and saved some dollars. I will be returning.

That was the best tyre purchsing experince i've ever had. Christopher helped me understand what I needed, he made sure I was matchig the tyre to my personal riding, and even matched it to my bike from a photo. Sensational.

I visited the Kawana shop on Wednesday with a query on my seat. I was served by Katie who was very helpful and effective and fixed the issue in the spot. Very happy customer.

A huge thankyou to all at Venture Cycles. The staff are super relaxed, friendly, efficient, and always have the time to help me out and help me understand bikes more. The services are quick and great value, and Mark always does an excellent job. There is nothing he can't fix. Thank you, Owen, for helping me out with my new Trek Roscoe 7. So far, I am loving it.

Venture Cycles serviced my Yeti Mountain Bike within Two days! They did an awesome job and charged me $99 - which is $400 less than another local MTB store charged me for my last service! Very very very satisfied! A Fast, efficient and affordable service! Plus super friendly staff! I’ll be back.

Really good customer service. Went to check to see if my tyres were ok. They pumped them up and even checked the gears. Good old fashioned customer service. I’ll be back here for our next bicycle purchase.

Unreal service from the team! Dropped in so I could ask a few questions regarding my bike as it was recently involved in a bike/motor vehicle accident. The team was knowledgeable, helpful and gave me great advice on what I should do with the bike post accident. The young guy working there, I think his name was Rapha. He is a great asset to the team.

I'm not often one to right reviews but had to commend Matt on his fantastic customer service. Spent over an hour with me (as a complete road bike novice) to make sure I walked out with the perfect bike, fit and understanding of the bike mechanics. Thank you Matt, your help made buying a bike a sure thing.
