It’s nice to see customer service with a smile and lots of help as it was the first time I’ve had my eyes properly checked by an optometrist and found I needed glasses for reading. 10/10 Specsavers Busselton you ladies rock thank you.

Very helpful honest friendly service from all the staff at OPSM. While I went in for a regular eye test I was also informed about a few other useful bits of information I wasn't aware of but which I appreciated very much. I browsed some of their sunglasses range and while I haven't yet decided on what to buy they were also helpful with that side of the business. I can certainly recommend a visit for anything to do with eye care.

Very pleased with the service I received today in OPSM. I would happily recommend the optometrist to everyone as he was very kind and helpful.

Within hours of landing in Melbourne I dropped my new glasses and broke the frame, completely my fault. Called Mr B to see if there was anything they could do despite being the other side of the country and they were very helpful. Paul arranged a new frame to be sent from Sydney to Melbourne and for an optometrist there to change over the lenses, all at no charge. Wonderful service by wonderful people and it's why I don't go anywhere else for my glasses.

A great business to deal with. They were very helpful when I wanted to upgrade lens in the existing frames I was already happy with. Even repaired my old pair of glasses for free, with new arms, till my new set of glasses were ready. Staff are most helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and use this business again.
