3 Best Opticians in Hervey Bay QLD

Have been a customer of Specsavers for some time now but unlike with other providers and providers of other services I have never been disappointed. Now that is a good thing!! Think of how many times you needed to get back to a shop, store or provider from which you obtained a service which was not up to the measure that we should be able to expect and deserve in consideration of the moneys paid. As with every purchase and on the rare occasion your glasses my not be perfect and may require some adjustment With Specsavers you can be confident that a good quality product is sold to you to fit your needs and with great after sales service.

It has been a very longtime since I have been truly’& completely happy with my glasses. Visiting Specsavers Pialba has been a welcome change. Highly professional staff, who offer attention to detail. My consultation with the Optometrist was such a pleasant experience. My every request or concern was fully recognised & treated with a high respect. All my options were clearly explained. I can not recommend this practice highly enough. If you require respect, professionalism & all achieved as a valued client, Specsavers Pialba is definitely the right place.

I had a great experience but watch out for one female staff member that pushes her style preferences upon you, insists you can't choose from the 'mens' range as a woman and doesn't listen to your preferences at all. My mum had to deal with her and it was ridiculous. The staff member I had was fabulous though.

very professional friendly welcoming people, Michael explained everything to me and the girls at the counter were just lovely and recommended which glasses suited me best, OPSM made me a pair of glasses that I can actually see out of not and explained why the ones I got from the other place ( who I can't name but has a green colour to their store) were not even the right prescription for me I would recommend this store to anyone.

Optometrist (Dr James Laird) was wonderful at explaining everything in depth to me. Made me feel at ease. Sales representative (Peta) was great to deal with. Her honesty was great when coming to picking my frames. All staff were very helpful & friendly. I believe I definitely made a good choice for all my optical needs.

The girls a stocklands at Hervey Bay are a great team and extremely helpful and empathic as to my visual requirements and situation. I applaud them for their excellent service.

I couldn’t recommend Jay and the Optical Superstore high enough! Jay was incredibly patient with my 2.5 year old Son and made it a fun experience for both myself and my Son and he explained everything so clearly aswell. Thankyou for taking the time to make it an enjoyable experience for us.

I would recommend the optical superstore to anyone, I have been with them 7 years and would not go nowhere else. I have had a few major eye issues and the care and accuracy of treatment is second to non.
