Trish is Amazing! She helped and supported me to work on my goals and issues and gave me some good strategies and home reinforcement tools to work with and help me manage and cope between session. Trish is easy to contact and gave a quick response to organize my appointment. Trish is very flexible and was able to make a weekend appointment so I didn't have to take time off work, which was really helpful and appreciated.
