3 Best Pharmacies in Hervey Bay QLD

We came up from Nambour for the night, my partner forgot his needles for his insulin and it was 6.55pm, Chemist Warehouse shuts at 7pm. I called to ask for the needles, Trudy went out of her way to process the NDSS and then wait for me to arrive shortly after 7pm to grab the needles, even though they had shut. Had we not been able to get them, it could have ended up a night in the hospital. I can't thank Trudy enough for her customer service.

The best pharmacists we ever met. We needed to get some documents certified from them and they did it for us without wasting our time.. In some places we even had to wait more than 30min to get a document certified even it was not busy. We always shop at chemist warehouse and wanted to appreciate their work..

A busy chemist but great staff there to help you and serve you. Very impressed with the supply of items they have there too. Thank you.

I am happy to drive out of my way to bypass several other pharmacies to visit this friendly and efficient pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and the service second to none. The lovely staff behind the counter are sympathetic to their customers and the pharmacists Greg and Jerry knowledgeable and helpful. There is plenty of parking at the front including several disability parking spaces. I can highly recommend this business.

The best pharmacy in Hervey Bay. They are often busy but that is because they do such a good job and they really care about ensuring you get the medication and care you require. I cannot recommended them highly enough. I’m leaving the Bay after a hectic 9 months so thank you to all at Pialba DCO for your efficient and friendly service but also for your understanding and assistance. I am truly grateful.

My go to chemist. Jerry & his staff are the best. Unlike larger chain pharmacies, they know you by name & you are always greeted with a smile. They are all very knowledge & helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been with Tess and her team at Terry White for 10yrs now. I have never had a more professional and caring pharmacy before that goes the extra legs to fulfill what i need. This chemist goes above and beyond, compared to others in the Bay. When I could not source a particular dressing they found and ordered it. Other chemists could not be bothered. They won my continuing custom.
