I have one of the best experiences in customer service with manager Katrina at spec-saver Cairns central today. Katrina really stands out for her great customer service. Katrina is great for good customer service , very friendly and extremely helpful. The staff are so friendly and attentive, their is a very good vibe to this store. They seem to put lots of emphasis/effort on good customer service.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lee is always approachable, wonderfully accommodating with questions and provides fun and honest advise. But most importantly the all team members have been patient and understanding with my health quirks. Thank you Cairns Central SpecSavers team.

Last Thursday, I came in at night time with a pair of glasses that looked worse for wear and I thought that my crazy prescription was going to cost a fortune for a new pair. That was until I met young toby, he went above and beyond to fix my glasses, and even gave them a clean and a stylish new case to go with them. Specsavers Cairns Central, you have gained a new customer all thanks to this brilliant young man. 5 stars.

Sincere thank you Alex Lost vision in eye. Alex was measured assisted me in making arrangements to urgently get to Eye andEar hospital in Melbourne. Emergency commented on how clear your referral was. I had a large tear in retina. Recovering now hoping all will be ok Thank you so much Alex.

My son broke his glasses while on holidays and was distraught. Called Bruce Mellick and they had the same model frames in stock so we stopped by and they swapped out the lenses. Within an hour of our phone call my son had a new pair of glasses. Service was fantastic.

Outstanding service and lovely staff. They all take the extra time to make sure you're happy and kept up to date throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is the first business I have ever given 5 stars too. This Optomertrist business is by far the best I have ever been to. The range of glasses frames is huge with many brands and styles and all very superior quality. The service was unbelievable, we had so much attention given to us by Karen and I think Melissa, and they both were a ball of fun and professional rolled into one. Michael took a lot of care to get your script right and nobody rushed us. A great experience.
