“Dr Phoebe Hong received her medical degree from the University of Auckland and completed a fellowship in advanced hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgeries. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Dr Hong trained at the National Women’s Hospital, Taranaki Base Hospital, and North Shore Hospital. She has served as a facilitator for various GP courses and the Basic Surgical Skills course for junior obstetric and gynaecology trainees. Additionally, she was awarded a Covidien Scholarship and completed a Master’s in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University of Adelaide. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Dr Hong has extensive training in laparoscopic procedures, including hysterectomy, endometriosis treatment, fibroid removal (myomectomy), and cerclage. She is passionate about laparoscopic, keyhole, or minimally invasive surgery.”
