Dr Andrew McNabb obtained his medical education from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He completed his Fellowship at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Dr McNabb is a general neurologist with a particular interest in neuromuscular conditions (NCS/EMG) and strokes. He joined Cairns Neurophysiology as a consulting neurologist in 2012. Dr Ian Wilson graduated from the University of Queensland and completed his neurology training in Melbourne. He is a general neurologist with clinical interests in dealing with epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and neuro-ophthalmology. Dr Ian completed his fellowship in epilepsy monitoring and the evaluation of patients for epilepsy surgery and has established an epilepsy clinic at Cairns Hospital. He joined Cairns Neurophysiology as a reporting neurologist in 2015. He regularly attends the Royal Brisbane Epilepsy Case Conference and maintains an ongoing relationship with the epilepsy surgical centres in Melbourne. Dr Ian Wilson has extensive experience in reporting prolonged EEG monitoring and direct experience with the benefits of ambulatory EEG in the evaluation of epilepsy.
