Dr Shiby Ninan was the plastic surgeon I chose to remove and replace my old silicon ruptured implants they were 18 years old. The condition of the silicone implants was poor, they had both ruptured and the tissue around the implant needed to be removed. Dr Ninan is a magnificent plastic surgeon, I personally work within the cosmetic/medical industry and had heard from many colleagues how particular he is with his procedures and after care, even after being told this I don’t believe I expected that I would find a plastic surgeon with such skill particularly in Darwin N.T Australia. I have previously had other surgeons for the original breast implants and liposuction both of which were the most expensive and well known in Australia, neither were any comparison to the care or outcome I experienced with Dr Ninan. This procedure was far more invasive due to the complicated nature of the surgery, I experienced less swelling and bruising than with other surgeons. The discomfort was minimal and the end result brilliant, my breasts are a better shape and somewhat lifted, there is no feeling of scar tissue or contraction around the implants and I have no loss of feeling.

The best place to have surgery. I had lipectomy done about an year ago. It was a big surgery which I didn't expected but once came out I was feeling so relaxed as didn't had to hold my fat tummy skin. I could feel that my thighs were happy and for once didn't had sweat around the underneath the belly. DR Shiby ninan is the excellent surgeon and his after surgery is also excellent. He accommodated when he was available. My lifestyle has improved and now can work, be with my kid and am no more going to microsleep while sitting. Thanks so much for your help and hope my next goal could be meet. I am now wearing medium bigw shirts, size 14 kmart clothing and Jay Jay size 36 boys pants and teeshirt medium and junpers small.
