Generally, I don’t like to write review, however, thought to share my experience about DPP and Dr Garg. Admin staff needs improving with timely communication to patients and could be a little more polite. Good facility and ease to attend as it’s our of working hours ( don’t have to miss work or school. Appointment times are a bit of wait, however, it was worth the wait to see Dr Garg for our son. Pleasant gentleman, engaged our son well and allowed him to develop trust in him and at the same time keeping parents informed and involved as clinically appropriate. Very satisfied, apart from admin issues.

Let's be clear - Dr Garg himself is wonderful. But I find it hard to call the office because the receptionist leaves me ridden with anxiety. She can be short, sharp abrasive and unhelpful and very quick to hang up on you. Also asked how much medication I had left to determine to the severity or importance of my phone call and or need to contact my dr - which I found a bit invasive.

Great experience! Listened, involved family, provides information, gives options about treatment and if unsure inform you accordingly . Appointment times are lengthy, however, are worth the wait.

Very excellent practitioner highly empathetic and provided a very thorough and detailed analysis of disorder. Then provided thorough medication and follow up plan for treatment. I was very satisfied with his diagnosis and with his treatment plan thereafter. Provided very thorough ongoing support regime and change in medication when circumstances required.

He was highly recommended and I was very pleased with my visit, he was very invested in my situation and showed compassion. I left my appointment with a follow up appointment requested by him and things I needed to do between appointments to continue my diagnosis. He offered me alot of resources to get extra help to manage my diagnosis.

Overall great experience. Caring, helpful and knowledgeable.
