Incredibly helpful & friendly! I was stuck an hr from home on my way back from holidays & was told by insurance I would only be able to be towed to the nearest town… ML Wray took me all the way home, after hrs, were super accomodating & made the trip so stress free…. My biggest appreciation was their care & attention to my cats I had with me though! No questions asked, they just wanted us all to get home safe & did everything they could to make that happen….. I can’t express my gratitude & appreciation enough…… p.s. Matt is the MVP!!!!

Spectacular service, excellent communication. Great care was taken with my vehicle, and it was picked up efficiently, and delivered to exactly where I wanted it! Very happy to be able to have it moved on a Saturday morning! A shout out to admin in the office too, exceptionally helpful!

Highly recommended. These people very much care about making it easy to get to were your broken car needs to be. Very friendly and caring. Not only are they cheep they are very efficient at their job. Very happy to call them again in my time of need.

Massive thank-you to Todd from Shoalhaven Towing & Recovery for delivering the 180 home safely today! Highly recommend for my always broken/modified (and other) car friends (Sydney/wollongong also) . My front bar is cooked and he still managed to get it off without scraping anything, rolled straight into the shed annnnnd having terrible access. Also v good pricing.

Todd’s a great guy, truly just looking to help people- took me and partner on short notice because we were stranded on the highway, would highly recommend.

45 minutes for Todd to come out an get my car. He was great to deal with and not too expensive, highly recommend!
